ABOUT SHALOM

Shalom Azar is a Senior Financial Advisor with the Fischman Azar Group at Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network in Hackensack, New Jersey. His team maintains a client office at 2200 Fletcher Ave Suite 701, Fort Lee, NJ, serving families and business owners with comprehensive wealth management. 

Shalom works closely with clients who value disciplined planning, clear guidance, and a boutique level of service backed by world-class resources.

 

Shalom began his career at Merrill Lynch, where he developed the investment and planning philosophy that still anchors his work. Shalom later joined Morgan Stanley, gaining additional experience across market cycles and client needs. In 2025, with a shared vision for a more intentionally crafted client experience, he and his business partner, Senior Financial Advisor Alexander “Sandy” Fischman, transitioned their practice to Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network.
 

The Fischman Azar Group has been recognized on Forbes’ 2025 Best-in-State Wealth Management Teams list (then at Morgan Stanley), a program compiled by SHOOK Research. The recognition reflects their commitment to clarity, responsiveness, and a thoughtful planning process grounded in long-term client relationships.
