Shalom began his career at Merrill Lynch, where he refined a disciplined investment approach that defines his work today.

In 2021, envisioning a more personal and intentionally crafted client experience, Shalom co-founded the Fischman Azar Group with Senior Financial Advisor Alexander Fischman. Shalom's move to Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network in 2025 represents the continued evolution of a practice built on thoughtful  planning, bespoke strategies, and a client-first service model supported by world-class resources.

The team advises senior executives at publicly traded companies on sophisticated, tax-efficient approaches to their compensation and equity structures.
